We want your items to exceed your expectations. Please review all personalized information in detail before submitting your order. We strongly encourage our customers to carefully check spelling, dates, logo placement, etc., before submitting an order. Customers are ultimately responsible for correct spelling and custom information on their order. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to this and to the following terms.


Due to the nature of custom merchandise, all sales are final unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. If there is a misprint, a material flaw, or defect, we must be notified via email with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of package delivery, and we will accept a return or exchange.


In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body type and styles. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and cannot accept returns for this reason. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please refer to the size charts referenced for the products.


You acknowledge and agree that the design and product photos on this site represent the product, but the final product may have slight variances. For example, design sizes and logo placement may be slightly different than the associated photo on the store, as all products are made to order.


All shipments can be expected to arrive within 3-4 weeks from purchase. Due to the current supply chain environment, some items may be out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if an item will be delayed.


Orders are processed via credit card at checkout and will be shipped directly to you via UPS. In House Merchandise is available to be purchased and picked up at the Club’s front desk.
